Red White & Blue Racing was founded in 2022 by Randy Gullatt with a clear focus: identify quality horses and manage them with patience, discipline, and sound judgment.

Randy brings over four decades of experience in the Thoroughbred industry, with a reputation built on integrity and horsemanship. His ability to evaluate a horse’s physical attributes—balance, movement, and overall presence—has consistently guided the selection of horses capable of developing into high-level runners.

In a short period of time, that approach has produced meaningful results.

The stable has already earned a leading win percentage and strong earnings per start among boutique partnerships, competing successfully at premier racetracks and in graded stakes company. Standout performers include Neat, a multiple graded stakes winner, and Denim and Pearls, a Grade 2 winner. Emerging runners such as Pashmina, currently on the Kentucky Oaks trail, and Just Philtored, a Virginia-certified champion two-year-old, reflect the continued strength and depth of the program.

Red White & Blue Racing is intentionally kept as a boutique, close-knit ownership group. The focus remains on selecting the right horses, managing them thoughtfully, and maintaining a standard that has proven effective early on.
