Randy Gullatt

General Manager

Randy brings over 35 years of experience in the horse racing and breeding industry. He began his career in 1987 as a trainer, managing a barn of stakes winners before moving to Kentucky in 1992 to establish Twin Creeks Farm’s breeding program. Under his leadership, Twin Creeks has produced multiple top performers, including TIZ THE LAW and TO HONOR AND SERVE. In 2007, he returned his focus to racing and created Twin Creeks Racing Stables, where six of his first ten selections became multiple stakes winners highlighted by Kentucky Derby contender MISSION IMPAZIBLE.

Renowned for his keen eye and patient approach, Randy has been responsible for standout horses such as CONSTITUTION, GRAYDAR, DESTIN and INDEPENDENCE HALL.

In 2022, he created Red White and Blue Racing, LLC,  a small boutique racing syndicate designed to give members ownership across an entire stable. In just its first year of inception, RWB climbed to the top of the industry leaderboards in win percentage and earnings per start, led by stars NEAT and DENIM AND PEARLS.

As General Manager of Twin Creeks Farm, Randy oversees all daily operations, ensuring both the racing and breeding divisions continue to thrive under his guidance.
