Ghost Is Clear appeared beaten shortly after the start of the $56,460 Forego Stakes at Turfway Park on Saturday night when slow into stride, and more so at the finish when Hollywood Talent resurged inside of him just before the wire. With his head surging forward right in a head-bobbing finish with Hollywood Talent, Ghost Is Clear prevailed by a nose under John McKee, rewarding his nervous backers that made him the 6-5 favorite. He paid $4.60.May Night, the dam of Notte d’Oro, is in-foal to Graydar and Tamweel, dam of Ghost is Clear is booked to Graydar. His earnings are now $453,700.
