RED RIFLE gave a spectacular performance on Saturday in the $1,000,000 GI Sword Dancer finishing a strong second behind the leading European grass horse FLINTSHIRE in the 2nd fastest Sword Dancer on record with a final time of 2:23:77.
Prior to the Sword Dancer, RED RIFLE won the G2 Bowling Green H. and the G3 Dominion S. back to back this summer. He has made his presence known and has convincingly placed himself on top of the Leading North American Turf Horse leader board.
If all goes well, the Rifle will set his sights on the GI Joe Hirsch Turf Classic Invitational on September 26th at Belmont. A Mile and a half on the turf with a purse of $600,000.
