Lightly raced unbeaten colt Constitution will make his stakes debut in the $1 million Besilu Stables Florida Derby (gr. I) at Gulfstream Park March 29. The Miller Lite Holy Bull (gr. II) and 2013 Nashua Stakes (gr. II) winner Cairo Prince, Hutcheson Stakes (gr. III) and Fountain of Youth winner Wildcat Red, and Gulfstream Park Derby winner General a Rod will also start.
Remsen Stakes (gr. II) winner Honor Code will miss the Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I) after a slight tear in his right hind upper suspensory was detected morning the morning of March 23.
Cairo Prince, the probable favorite for the upcoming $1 million Besilu Stables Florida Derby (gr. I) at Gulfstream Park, breezed an easy half-mile in :50.90 the morning of March 22 at Palm Meadows.
